Meetings

Meetings

Record on your device or send the notetaker into a call, and get the transcript, summary and action items into your knowledge.

Every meeting becomes a page with a transcript, a summary, key points and action items, and its content joins the workspace knowledge so the AI can use it later.

Three ways in

  • Record now. A modal opens with a Recording pill, a timer and a waveform. Audio is captured on this device, transcribed automatically and saved to Meetings. Press Stop & save when you are done, or Discard.
  • Invite to a meeting. Paste a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link. The notetaker joins, records and summarises; nobody has to install anything. Leave Schedule empty to send it right away, or set a time. Scheduled meetings are listed under the Scheduled filter.
  • Upload. Drop an audio file into a chat and ask for a meeting; the file is transcribed and filed with the rest.

The meeting page

Three tabs: Summary (with key points and action items), Transcript, and Action items. The Meetings page lists recorded and scheduled meetings with a count of each.

Using meetings in chat

Type @ in any chat and pick a meeting to bring its transcript into the conversation. Ask for a follow-up email, a list of decisions, or a comparison with an earlier meeting. Meetings are also found by the retrieval that runs on every message, so you do not have to mention them for their content to be used.

Automations with meetings

An automation can take a meeting as input, for example "after every customer call, draft the follow-up and create the tasks in Linear". Ask the builder for it in chat.
